Sewing

We are getting excited about our new baby coming this summer,

such a fun reason to sew!

First, some shirts for me!  Using the maternity shirt pattern from-

If our little one is a girl, I made these-

Back view of sleepers with ruffles, so cute!

Newborn Girl Gowns

If our little one is a boy, I made these-

I used the sleeper pattern from here-

http://www.touchinglittlelives.org/nbsleeper.html

I modified the pattern on some of the sleepers for size, some are newborn some are 3-6 mos.  Some are footed some are open.  So easy to sew.

I also made newborn girl pants/hat and 3-6mos. boy footed pants/hat-

I want to applique a onesie to match each set.

The footed pants pattern is found here-

the pants pattern is here-

I can’t remember where I found instructions for the baby gowns, I forgot to bookmark it.  I want to make some boy gowns as they are so handy the first few weeks.

Have a great day!

Awesome! I’m going to bookmark these since grandkids are only 6 or 7 years down the road. 🙂

You are one talented lady. Thanks for sharing.

Don’t even mention grandkids yet! I can hardly fathom the thought that within a year we will have a teen driver and her next birthday is sure to bring prom dates! ACK!!
